Lyric's 10 month fleece was evaluated in the 2023 Innovative Fleece Assessment and comments noted "Excellent Uniformity. Very uniform in style. Best for knitwear, suiting, baby blankets, christening gowns, chemo caps, light weight scraves." This Grade 1 fleece received 15 of 15 point for uniformity! Microns averaged 18.3 with only a .8 micron variance. Length averaged 6.75 inches with a .75 inch variance.
This combination of Tempo (Rockstar) and China (Electrofyre) genetics has produced two excellent offspring, Lyric and her full sibling 2 Point Farm's Overture by Tempo.
Lyric's sire, Tempo is a proven champion producer with 1% EPDs for the last five years. At 11 months of age, China's first show fleece weighed in at 5.2# annualized, earning a full 15 out of 15 points on the fleece show scorecard and the judge;s written comment "Tremendous fiber factory! " In addition, China presents a well organized consistent lock structure combined with fineness and luster on a well covered typey body and head.
